"And Alice was so much frightened that she ran off at once in the direction..." Pg.24

(Q) Why does Alice just follow the orders of anyone who gives the orders? (R) Alice follows the directions of the rabbits plea for his gloves in his house. Alice does not need to get anything for the rabbit especially since he mistaked her for a maid. She does not even stop to let him know that she is not his maid and is not obligated to fetch his things. She appears to be pushed around by others in her normal life. (CL) Alice must be used to being told to do things back home.

..."but nevertheless she uncorked it and put it to her lips...'for really i'm quite tired of being such a tiny little thing'..." Pg.25

(R) Alice does not think twice about the actions she makes. She has encountered these drinks and cakes that she is aware of the effects yet she still drinks and eats them. She did say that she wanted to grow a bit bigger because she was "tired of being such a tiny little thing." Although she should have though of where she was located. She was inside of a house, and she knew not how big she would grow when she drank the bottle. Sure enough she was stuck in the house because because she was far to large and her hand barely could fit through the window.
