"'Thank you, it's a very intresting dance to watch,' said Alice, feeling very glad that it was over a at last: 'and I do so like that curious song about the whiting!'" page 85
(C) I have been in a situation similar to that. My friend was dancing and it was just so awkward because she asked me how she did an i said "good", but she actually didn't do so well. (P) I think they will probably keep on dancing, and Alice will be bored and uncomfortable. (R) I feel like Alice didn't like the dance because it said that she was glad it was over. She just probably didn't want to tell them so they wouldn't feel bad or so they wouldn't think of her differently. (E) I like how the author includes that she was glad it was over because that way the reader knows how she feels. If he wouldn't include that, the reader would think that she really enjoyed the dance

"...'but it's no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then.'" page 86
(Q) Why does Alice saying this, and why does she not want to explain it?(C) I think many people can connect to this because people change all the time, and they see things differently when they grow up. (R) This is trying to say that there is no point of going back to yesterday because you saw things differently the day before and you will not change anything because you didn't think the same. Alice is just trying to say that she shouldn't go back to yesterday because she can't fix anything since she was different. (E) The author is showing how Alice feels about the past and how she feels now.
