Alice-and-the-Queen-of-hearts-playing-croquet-in-DISNEYLAND-ADVENTURES.jpg

“Alice was rather doubtful whether she ought not to lie down on her face like the three gardeners…” (64) (P) The Queen and King will get mad with Alice for not bowing to them because they might see it as disrespectful. © I can relate to Alice as well by not trying to follow other and being independent. If it were the Queen or King coming I would of bowed because of what the gardeners said of being afraid of the having their heads cut off. (R) Maybe this might turn out to be a lesson for Alice on having to observe others and realize to do the same to be safe. (E) The author is also demonstrating on how Alice thinks in situation on if she is a follower or not. Alice also decides that she does not need to be the same as others. “She was looking about some way of escape, and wondering whether she could get away without being seen…” (69) (Q) Is Alice starting to notice when she is in a bad situation? Will she escape?(C) I agree with Alice if I were in her position then I would leave because she is in a bad situation. Alice realizes if she does not leave then the Queen might shout “off with her head” to Alice again, so I would of left also. (R) This is signifying alot for Alice on how she is trying to escape to survive and not stay in that dangerous situation. (P) I think Alice won’t end up leaving because it is too risky on the Queen catching her.
